Event DetailsThursday, August 27 | 2:00 PM – 4:00 PMHosted by Orange County REALTORS25552 La Paz Rd, Laguna Hills, CA 92653
Every month a housing, water or infrastructure project sits in review, costs continue to climb. The delay adds more than $75,000 to the price of a single new home and billions to the cost of hospitals, roads and clean energy projects across the state. For Orange County's business community, these delays translate directly into higher costs, workforce housing shortages and lost economic opportunity.
Orange County Business Council invites business and community leaders to a timely discussion on Prop 45: Building an Affordable California Act, a proposed ballot measure to modernize the state's approval process for essential projects while maintaining California's strong environmental and labor protections and preserving local decision-making authority.
Attendees will hear directly from policy and industry leaders on what Prop 45 does, how it works and what its passage could mean for the future of business and development in Orange County.
